Precision Golf School and Tennis Academy

This co-ed day camp for kids ages 7 to 13 offers a fun-filled week of sports and recreational activities within a learning environment. Campers will experience various sport stations under the direction of professional instructors. The learned skills will be applied in fun games, drills and competitions. The camps will concentrate on golf, tennis, and karate instruction. Kids will also participate in sporting activities such as soccer, hiking, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, badminton, and swimming at Bur-Mil Aquatic Center.

The Precision instructional team welcomes you to the 2012 Lifetime Sports Camp at Bur-Mil Park in Greensboro. This co-ed day camp for kids ages 7 to 13 offers a fun-filled week of sports and recreational activities within a learning environment. Campers will experience various sport stations under the direction of professional instructors. The learned skills will be applied in fun games, drills and competitions.

The purpose of the camp is to expose juniors to a variety of sports in a fun and informative atmosphere while building self-confidence and teaching valuable lessons in teamwork and fair play. For each sport, campers will learn basic skills and rules plus get an opportunity to play. The camps will concentrate on golf, tennis, and karate instruction. Kids will also participate in sporting activities such as soccer, hiking, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, badminton, and swimming at Bur-Mil Aquatic Center.

Camp counselors, in a maximum 10 to 1 ratio, will accompany the kids throughout the camp. Instructors from Precision Golf School, Precision Tennis Academy and Mixed Martial Arts with Ted Bonham will emphasize fundamentals, rules and fun in a safe and positive learning environment.

Recreational activities include- VOLLEYBALL, SOCCER, HIKING, ULTIMATE FRISBEE, BADMINTON & MORE

Full day campers will break for lunch each day at 12:00 pm. Players must bring a lunch with them or bring money to purchase lunch at the course grille (at select locations).

Campers should wear light colored clothing; bring sunscreen and money for snacks and drinks during breaks between instruction.

Lunch is not included in camp fee. Campers will need to bring a lunch. Refridgeration provided.

Entering its fifth year, the Precision Tennis Academy offers adult and junior instruction at the Tennis Center at Bur-Mil Park. The facility offers six lighted courts, pro-shop, restrooms and terrace deck. Tennis programming runs year round with group and individual sessions available. I have a background in mixed martial arts. I have studied under Renso Gracie in Brazilian Jui Jitso, Mike Carr with Kenpo Karate and Muai Thai kick boxing. I currently teach several mixed martial art classes and have over fifty juniors from ages four to sixteen years old. I use some of my martial arts training with my fitness programs specifically with cardio. Click here for more information
